HeroCollector in partnership with Star Trek Online is proud to reveal the new Star Trek Online Starship Collection with the vessels based on the long-running free-to-play roleplaying game.
The 25th-century U.S.S. Gararin inherits a legacy of service and sacrifice from her 23rd-century namesake. A vessel of the Shepard-class, the U.S.S. Gagarin, is later seen in battle with Klingon birds-of-prey in the Discovery episode ‘Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum’. The U.S.S. Gagarin is one of the Federation’s most advanced Battlecruisers and is meant to bolster Starfleet’s line, helping to replenish the loss of starships of similar tonnage during the Iconian War.
The Gagarin-Class “Miracle Worker” was released last year in the Mirror of Discovery update, and quickly became one of the more popular ships in the game. This model captures the beautifully sleek lines and aggressive profile that were inspired by the design of the Shepard-class starships that debuted in Star Trek: Discovery, such as the U.S.S. Kerala and its own namesake, the U.S.S. Gagarin.
