U.S.S. Hiawatha (NCC-815) is a Starfleet medical starship that was is operation during mid-23rd century. It was attacked during the Klingon War and crashed on the surface of an asteroid. Luckily, the U.S.S. Discovery found the wreckage of this frigate and rescued the survivors who couldn't escape before the crash.
This Star Trek die-cast model ship captures the intact version of U.S.S. Hiawatha (NCC-815) before the accident. It has a long thin shape with a half saucer at the front and two nacelles at the back. The red emblem on the upper side of the hull indicates the medical class of the starship.
